This position is part of our international property ownership and management headquarter, providing services and support for our operations across multiple countries.

We are currently looking for a motivated and committed:

  • Strategic development and optimisation of all properties owned by the Kronospan Organization to ensure maximum value and efficiency.
  • Creation and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive real estate inventory (land, industrial, commercial, and residential properties).
  • Administrative and technical verification of properties, including coordination of regular technical inspections.
  • Identifying potential tenants and investors, conducting negotiations, and managing lease agreements.
  • Coordinating modernisation, renovation, and development projects, including managing contractors and tenders.
  • Supporting real estate acquisition processes and identifying potential investment opportunities.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, tenants, and other key stakeholders.
Wymagania:
  • Minimum 3 years of multinational experience in property/real estate management, facility management, or a similar role.
  • University degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent English, Polish, and German; knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, Romanian, Bulgarian, or others relevant to our business will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of property administration, real estate regulations, and building maintenance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required, to locations including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and other regions where the company operates or invests.
